10 years young and still plenty of gas left in the tank.

She came into the shelter covered in masses and lumps that have since all been removed and every single biopsy came back clean!

She is extremely affectionate and has the cutest bouncy little run when she starts zooming. She’s an old gal that loves going for walks and cuddling on the couch although you have to give her a little boost.

Enjoys hopping in the car and spending time together with her people, house and crate trained. While she isn’t reactive on leash she has no interest in other dogs. We don’t know what her life looked like previously but even trying to introduce smaller dogs to her she retreats and chooses to avoid.

With an experienced handler you will be able to intro her slowly and she’ll co exist with dogs but Rita most definitely is a dog that wants to be glued to her humans.
